​Born in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma on April 15, 1976, John R. Andrew was admitted to the Oklahoma Bar in 2015 after a career in the U.S. Army as a Signals Intelligence Analyst. Mr. Andrew is admitted to practice before the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Oklahoma and the 10th Circuit U.S. Court of Appeals. He has served as the City Attorney for both Ponca City and Lawton, Oklahoma.
