Our firm was founded in 1938 by our senior partner, C.D. Northcutt in Ponca City, Oklahoma and merged in 1977 with
Clark & Hron.
The firm serves clients principally in northern Oklahoma and the Eastern, Western and Northern U.S. District Courts, U.S. Tenth Circuit Court of Appeals, U.S. Supreme Court and the Oklahoma Supreme Court.
